I’ve been talking up our morning shakes on Nutrition Fruition, my other blog. Our family calls it a Brainy Breakfast, and we have been drinking this almost daily for the last several years. We noticed from early on that when we begin our day with it, we just feel “better”. And when we go without, for whatever reason, we sorta feel “off”. I can’t explain it but anyone who has incorporated this shake into their diet can attest to the same.

When I took this photo, I realized that this is what Sunday mornings typically look like in our house. I realized just how far we’ve come on this journey towards Simplicity, Frugality and Frivolity… all with an Eco-Mentality. And I felt kinda proud of us. I know, I’m an eco-dork! ;0

I’m going to try your shake idea! I’ve been trying to have a healthy breakfast each morning, but the healthiest thing I can come up with is oatmeal, yogurt and orange juice. I am always sluggish in the afternoon, so maybe THATs when I should drink your shake!

Yay! Angel, I think that’s a great idea! Sometimes, when I have a bit of a sweet tooth and looking for a treat, I make one of the Dutch Chocolate shakes. All I use is plant milk, the Juice Plus+ Complete in Dutch Chocolate, and some ice. In 5 seconds, I have something that is both delicious and nutritious.
