7 things you may not know about me…
1. I was such a nerd when I was younger that I would actually debate with my teachers when I got anything other than an A+. A’s & A-’s would not suffice. I always got my grade changed to an A+ except once, and it was because the teacher thought it would be “good for me”.
2. My mother still has the letter I wrote to that 4th grade teacher, pleading my case.
3. Not many people know that I have a piercing.
4. In my opinion, being sick on a “sick day” is such a waste of a day off.
5. I refuse to get Novocain. Partially, it’s because I hate the way it makes me feel. Mostly, I enjoy the oral pain. Hey – don’t you judge me! 
6. When I miss my husband, I smell his shirts. I’ve been doing that for almost 20 years.
7. Recently, I discovered that I’m not the only one that thinks mothers should also be celebrated on their children’s birthdays. My friend “D” shares this belief. Seriously, who did all the work that day?
