It hasn’t been that long at all, and I already miss my CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). I miss going to the farm every week to pick up our share. I miss seeing Jodi (who you’ll see in the video below) and chatting with her every once in a while. And I miss the excitement of getting home, opening up my bag and seeing the beautiful bounty inside. I miss knowing and feeling and tasting all the love and passion that went into the vegetables that we ate every day. So, Swank Specialty Produce, this will have to do, until I see you again…
AND they supply produce for the Hippocrates Institute! Talk about unsurpassable quality!

What a great shout out. I have never done a CSA but heard great things. I guess the price point is good too?
Well, I think it is very affordable and completely worth the investment. Can we get cheaper produce elsewhere? Of course. But I think we pay at some point; so we decide to invest in our health rather than subsidize our (future) illness. I did a lot of research before I signed up with them and I know that the quality is top-notch. Plus, I love my CSA lady too!
She is a good person and I love what they are doing over there.
I would suggest at least looking into your local CSAs for now. That way, you can have time to compare and get on a list before the next season begins.
