I aways looked forward to Saturdays because in my mind, Saturdays were going to be packed with fun. Saturday was Family Fun Day for many years, and I suppose it just became habitual to plan activities for that day of the week. But guess what? Our lives have changed and our schedule is so flexible nowadays that I no longer have to pack all our fun on the same day of the week, the day where most family attractions are packed with, well, tons of families! Now we can do things, any day of the week, whenever & wherever the wind takes us. No more traffic, no more long lines, no more rushing to beat the crowds. Aaahhh, sweet Simple Saturday… I think I’ll just sit outside for awhile…
